Vendor sites are approximately 12 ft.- 30 ft.  Sites are outdoors in a designated area of the Perth Fairgrounds, unless otherwise specified.

  • Fees include GST

  • All applications are subject to Garlic Festival Committee approval.  Failure to accurately describe your activities and/or display; sell, show  and/or promote a product at the festival different to that described on the application may result in your application being withdrawn and booth space cancelled with no refund.

  • Booths must be available to serve the public from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  on Saturday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.

  • Vendors will provide their own tables, booth display accessories, umbrellas, chairs and refuse containers.

  • Prepaid vendors will be provided with two gate passes.  Additional members of vendor's party pay gate fee.

  • The committee reserves the right to limit the number of vendors.

  • The committee may require further information including pictures of the applicant's display.  (Do not submit unless requested.)

  • The undersigned agrees to abide by all the foregoing terms and conditions.
